the owner. Pilot advancing futher in aviation and am looking for some of my empty rooms to help offset my costs. I currently have one other tenant living here. bath. Basement is partially finished. I have an Aussie who is well-behaved and quiet, but am not accepting additional pets. Looking for a roommate who is clean and doesn’t leave messes around like a child would (we’ve all lived with that type at one point). House is practically all furnished, except for your private bedroom. I take care of all maintenance, snow removal, mowing. Street parking only, no garage access. New AC/Heating, Spectrum Internet, Security System, Newer Appliances, Etc. $ security deposit also due at move in.
