Private Room + Bathroom in Townhome

I recently signed a year lease (starting Aug 1st) with some buddies for a room in a townhome, but decided I won't be attending TAMU in the fall, so I'm looking for someone to sublet.

Well kept in the desired Waterwood Townhomes include upgraded granite kitchen countertop, sink and faucet. Repainted kitchen cabinets for modern, cleaner look. Upgrades stackable full size washer and dryer. Neighborhood amenities include assigned parking spaces, secured gated entry, pool, hot tub and a tennis court. The Texas A&M bus route is a short walk from the home, as well as Central Park, walking and bike trails, ponds, basketball courts, and sports fields. The home features private bathrooms for each bedroom. Enjoy the private, fenced and concrete back yard, no yard maintenance required.

The roommates are all pretty cool guys, clean, don't party, pretty studious and active. Here're little bio's they gave:
