Practical location, centrally located mins Downtown, 1 mile from GCU. Walmart and Frys grocery store around the corner, including parks. Plenty of street parking right in front the house but includes 1 personal driveway parking.

I am the landlord and use the masters room with private bathroom. The other roommate (who you would be sharing bathroom with) works Sun - Wed, pm. Sometimes more days, sometimes coming home by midnight. We would split the utilities in the house + Studio tenant). Utilities never go over $ each.
