Looking for a room for August!

Hey everyone! My name is Dustin and I'm looking to rent a room preferably in the Portland, Maine area starting August 1st. Budget is $ or less. For employment, I work from home and work in the mental health field. Ideally I'm looking for a living situation where there is a decent amount of privacy based on my job and everyone is professional and respectful.

In my spare time I enjoy running, hiking, reading, yoga, basketball, and meditation. I have some flexibility based on where I live due to WFH so open to living in Massachusetts, New York, or Colorado as well! Maine is my preference though :).
