Looking for female roommate asap

Hey guys me and my friend are looking for one more female roommate asap. The apartment is called the yard apartment in American fork, baths. Pets allowed (no cats) and there will be 2 dogs (I’ll have one and my friend have one). The rent will be total a month include utilities which will be split into deposit and the first month we got off. Free parking and in unit washer and dryer. Not furnished. The move in date is July st. We haven’t decided on who takes which room yet but whoever’s taking the master will have their own bathroom so they have to pay more. And the other two bedroom shares one bathroom and they’ll pay the same. If there’s any other question dm me thank you!!!
