Hi, I’m Blaine. I’m super chill, pretty non-judgmental and get along with people who are chill too. I work at a non-profit in DC currently and would describe myself as polite and very clean, although I would not say I’m a “neat freak” or even someone who cares about someone else’s mess as long as things don’t get too crazy.

I am in the LGBTQIA community for full transparency. I watch a lot of TV and have a small TV setup for my room. Love watching Drag Race, whatever is on Apple TV+, or stuff being reviewed on podcasts. I am a huge music fan as well, but I try to not fill the whole house with music unless that’s something my roomie wants lol.

Ummm, what else? Yeah, idk, I like to chat but I also value silent time and space. Very chill person, like I said. If you can get along easily with other people we will probably get along. And I WFH 3 days a week, but would likely do so from my own room. I have very few calls per day if at all, and I try to schedule most of them for when I am in office. I also like to use Apple Fitness at home, so first floor stuff might be better for me, but I’ll try to keep my footsteps light.

Anyway, that’s enough for now lmfao. Current lease ends on Aug fyi
