We’re a friendly couple renting out the basement of our home and looking for someone who’s responsible, compassionate, and respectful to join our household. If you love dogs and are looking for a peaceful space to call home, keep reading!

• Private basement area with a bathroom
• Your own small living room with a large TV
• Shared main floor (kitchen, dining, etc.)
• Upstairs is our private space (just my husband and I)

🐶 About Us:
•. We are both in our mid ’s
•. Wife works from home.
• Husband works in Lobgmont
• We have 4 lovable dogs, so dog lovers only, please!
• We’re relaxed but value open communication and kindness
• We’d love to share a weekly dinner together to stay connected

What We’re Looking For:
• No pets (our fur family is full!)
• Non-smoker only
• Planning to stay for at least 6 months
• Must provide:
• First and last month’s rent
• Proof of income
• Three references
• Pass a background check
