Looking for a 4th roommate

Hi every roommates and I are looking for a third roommate to fill our extra bedroom. Our house is located just 2 blocks from CSU and a short walk to old town. The house is newly renovated and is super nice, laundry is in unit. You would have your own private bedroom and a shared bathroom with one other person. We have a backyard and fire pit. Rent comes to $ per person. Preferably no cats, but the house is pet friendly. Open to guys or girls. Room is available 2nd week of August.

Here’s some info about us:
Two girls (Kalindi and Zoie) and one guy (Caleb). We are all y/o and would prefer someone around a similar age. All three of us are from California, Kalindi and I are students at CSU and Caleb is a full time mechanic.
