Female Roomate. Private bed/bath

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Centennial Court on Mitchell (). Rent is $/month and includes all utilities. You will share a living room/kitchen with one female but will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. I will pay all fees for the lease transfer; all you need to do is sign!
The apartment is technically on campus - it is a min walk max to the SEIR building.
Apartment comes unfurnished; however, I am leaving the couch at the apartment. We have also already bought essentials like a microwave.
The room also has disability access. Laundry is available at the apartment complex, which also has a pool and volleyball pit.
Please ignore apartment measurements listed - I am unsure but please message if interested and I will find out and let you know.
Must be a student at UT Arlington. They will not rent out to non-students.
