address: Nobel drive, unit , San Diego, CA and is a 2 mins walk from UTC and a min drive from UCSD.

rent is $ + utilities (usually around $)

has in unit laundry, full kitchens including dish washer, oven and microwave, and an attached balcony.

the community is gated and has 2 assigned parking spaces in a gated garage.
there is a community pool, hot tub, and clubhouse which can be used throughout the summer.

lease can be taken over starting september 1st (rent controlled)
