Hi Ladies, I am looking for a female roommate to occupy a cozy room in a -bathroom apartment. The room features plenty of natural light and shares a bathroom. The apartment offers a large kitchen, spacious living area, in-unit laundry facilities, and a parking space. It is conveniently situated within a 5-minute drive from Huntington Beach. I am seeking someone who will contribute to a clean, peaceful, and relaxed living environment, with equal sharing of apartment space. Please be advised that smoking and pets are not permitted, and this is not a party home. As full-time working professionals, we maintain a quiet and respectful home. The apartment is furnished with a bed and dressers.
Rent is $ per month, including utilities, with a $ deposit. Available from August 1st.
