Hey! I’m moving out of this lovely flat in Surrey Quays and helping my flatmates find someone to take my place. The room is
spacious, bright, and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk.

The Vibe:

You’ll be living with two friendly girls in their mid-late s. They’re working professionals who keep the flat clean, respectful, well organised and peaceful. The bathroom is shared with only one housemate who is super clean and always maintains the space well organised.

It’s a warm and considerate environment where everyone does their own thing but also enjoys the occasional kitchen chat or movie night.

Important: be okay living with cats 🐾🐱

There are two adorable cats living here – playful, affectionate, and full of personality.

The Neighborhood:

The area is lovely and quiet, with plenty of green spaces and parks nearby – a great spot to unwind from the pace of London while still being well connected. Lidl is just a 7-minute walk away, and you’ll also find Tesco, local groceries, and cafes close by.

• ~-minute walk to Surrey Quays Windrush Overground
• ~ minutes to Canada Water (Jubilee Line) or Deptford Station
• ~ minutes to Central London
Lots of buses in front of the house to take you directly to the city
• ~ 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop (literally across the street)

Looking For:

A woman in her mid s to early s who’s tidy, respectful, and looking for a calm, friendly home (not a party flat).

• Lease runs until mid-October, with the option to extend beyond that
• No couples, no additional pets, non-smoker preferred
