Looking for a girl to sublet my room in an all girl unit at The Lark Tuscaloosa.

The rent is $ a month plus utilities (appox. +/-) which is significantly lower than the current leasing.

Move in is Aug th but can be moved to an earlier date for an additional fee

The property is student housing (requires proof of enrollment) and has lots of amenities like grills, a pool, study spaces, and a gym.

I am looking for someone to sublease for the fall semester with a potential to extend into the spring semester.
