Good afternoon. I have a private room/shared bath and common spaces available in Hollywood.

The rent would be $ per month. That includes the utilities. I'm asking for a $ deposit. There is a covered parking spot in the rear of the apartment that you could have for an additional $ per month. I have cats.

There will be a very large space available in the front room if you wanted to set up a home office of any kind in addition to your private room.

There are laundry facilities available in the building next-door, but to tell you the truth, I take it down the street to the laundromat. It's just a little more convenient for me, but it is there if you would like to use it.

The lease is in my name, but I have full permission from the landlord to sublet the room. You would be me directly, and I would then be the landlord and the utilities.

You would have your own fridge in the kitchen and all storage in the apartment would be split .

The apartment is located near the intersection of Melrose and Van Ness, very close to Paramount Studios. West Hollywood is within a mile distance, as well as downtown Larchmont and Koreatown.

I'm looking for a long-term roommate. I am in hospitality and currently work for a company called Pizza Girl as a kitchen manager. My schedule is often changing, depending on events and need. I also am a pastry chef and have a home business doing custom cakes
