oh friendly roommate wanted

Description

Private room with Roku TV available. Rent is hundred with all bills included. Normally rent would be fifty to ten fifty depending on the light bill but in lieu of the rest I need some help around the house and with the animals ( small dog ) just doing the big stuff I am unable to do. I am disabled and currently unable to walk much but am relearning to walk with my prosthetic leg. The house hold chores I'm asking help with is sweeping/mopping & vacuuming. Taking the big trash bag out to the bin. Doesn't have to be done daily ( tho that is preferred ) . The only cleaning that has to be done daily is the animals room. I am friendly but that is it. NOTHING HARDER!! I am in the Suboxone program and have already had 2 room mates turn out to be dope heads who lied and abused my animals. I can not and will not tolerate it.

The bedroom has a gas heater. Central heat and air as well. Have a fenced in backyard and I am pet friendly. My cats are scared of big dogs so if you have a big dog we would need to rotate when they were out but they would be allowed out in the house as well.

I do have a washer and dryer 7 eleven is with in walking distance and there's a small dispensary near by. If you are into the club scene the millennium is right at the end of the street but not close.enough to be disturbed by their noise.

I do have a car available for use if you need. Either to get to work or just go out and play. If you would be willing to take me to my doctors appts/pharmacy & to the dispensary sometimes.

My husband will be here for a little bit but then he's leaving and will be gone a year or more. So it would just be us after that. We are gone a lot working until he has to leave.


I do smoke cigarettes and weed in the house and will not go outside..
