Hello, l’m looking to rent a room available Oct . Community background check is required for parking permit. I’m years old fairly tidy, I spend time in the living room and my room, usually alone. $ included unfurnished bedroom and personal bathroom as well as full access to the kitchen. All utilities are included in the $ rent (water, electric, trash, pest control, and internet.) Looking for someone who’s fine with 1 cat and generally chill. Rent will be due on the first. I keep to myself, work, watch movies, and rarely have guests. $ move in fee is for the community required background check. Located in the best part of Naples in the x Living community on airport between pine ridge and vanderbilt. Open to both male or female roommate.
