hi, i’m Sierra! turning this july, going into my junior year at uofsc. I’m a clean person and i’m looking for someone similar to share my space with. I live in my childhood home ( baths) and i’m looking for someone to rent out the master (with a private bathroom) since my dad is moving out this upcoming semester. we are located within a mile of points and uofsc campus. utilities, internet, home security system and trash would all be included in your rent. the master bedroom has a bathroom with a closet, clawfoot bathtub, toilet and sink. We have all new kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer and central heating and cooling. I have 3 indoor/outdoor cats. my friends and I like to hangout at the house but we don’t drink or smoke so we aren’t too disruptive and I’ll totally respect if you want a quiet night ever. if you’re interested, have any questions or want pictures just reach out to me!!
