The park also includes a public pool, tennis courts, picnic tables, and a free carousel. There's also a farmer's market held on Sundays. The building has a dumpster for trash and recycling bins. Private off street parking. Free laundry onsite. Only 1 mile from downtown Binghamton. Grocery and bus lines within walking distance. I have 2 cats, very sweet boys. Bedroom comes with a full size bed and 2 closets as well as a side table/lamp. I've been in this apartment for about 5 years at this point and my last roommate just moved out. I work in corrections food service and work odd hours anywhere from waking up at 3am and getting home around 8pm at the latest.
