PRIVATE ROOM AVAILABLE FOR JULY

Description

I have a room available for sublease in a bathroom apartment in West Harlem. The apartment is near the st subway station for the 1 train and the A,B,C,D trains. The apartment is right across from City College and is close to Columbia University's campus. I'm looking for a female roommate to sublease for the month of July with the option to extend the sublease.
The room comes furnished with a queen sized mattress. The room can also comfortably fit a dresser and desk. There are two closets in the room as well. I've attached pictures of the room.
The sublease rent for a month would be $/day. The utilities (electricity and wifi) are about $ a month. I've attached pictures of the room. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. You will get keys to the apartment, a fob to get into the building, and mailbox keys. There are lots of cabinets in the kitchen, a dishwasher, lots of windows in the apartment, and the living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table, rugs, and TV.
