Private Bedroom Lease Takeover

Hello! We’re looking for a roommate to join our 3 bedroom north Bellingham house for a lease starting August 1st, and available for move in any time before then! We’d be open to one person or a couple if it’s the right fit.

We live in a newer bathroom, 2 story house that’s about sq feet. Rent is $ for a couple) plus utilities. We share the master bedroom together and you would have your own room and full bathroom to yourself. The room is spacious with a big closet and window, and there’s enough space to fit a queen bed, desk, and other furniture. We use the third bedroom as a shared office space, so you’d have access to extra room for a desk and closet space in there too if you need. The house comes with:
* A good amount of natural light with central heating and AC
* Full kitchen with big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and pantry space
* Large living and dining area
* Large 1 car garage for extra storage
* Back yard and patio
* New washer and dryer in unit
* Free street parking - we have one driveway parking spot and space on the street out front for additional cars.
* The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with parks nearby. We’re close to bus stops, Fred Meyer and Winco, and a minute drive from WWU, or about 5 minutes from WCC.
About the roommates: Jack is a firefight
er and works in hour shifts with days off in between. Amanda is a student at Whatcom community college and works part-time on a farm. We’re both in our mid-late twenties and also have a friendly lab mix (Louie) and playful cat (Monty). Unfortunately, no other pets allowed. We like keeping our space relatively tidy and comfortable for everyone, and enjoy group movie nights, crafts, games, cooking, and camping. We like to have friends over occasionally and are friendly/social, but overall like to have a pretty chill and respectful space. We’re looking for a roommate that also prioritizes open/thoughtful communication to ensure maximum comfortability in shared spaces!
