Hello everyone, I am listing a room available in the heart of Fort Collins, located off Laurel St., across the street from CSU. My current roommate (Briana) and I are searching for another roommate to sign a lease from August --July .

Briana and I have known each other for over years, and I feel as though I can speak for both of us and say that we are open to living with anyone as long as the bills are paid on time and we maintain a clean and healthy living environment. Briana and I are both busy most days. I am an operations manager at a golf course outside of Windsor, and Briana is a full-time student going into her final year at CSU.
