Respectful, quite, simple guy

Looking for a room to rent for probably a year or until I find what I want to buy. I am a nurse and I’m moving back to Fort Lauderdale from Nashville Tn. I am and past that party stage of life but I do love to have fun and laugh but I am very respectful and quiet as well. I know how to read a room and keep to myself. I hope to make a find so we feel like we both are at home and not at a hotel. I am also big on cleaning up behind myself, I don’t like to give people a reason to not like me or to cause problems. Ultimately I am extremely laid back and a positive happy guy. Love animals and children as well
