Hi! I’m a female in her ’s I work in the film industry and I love living a very active lifestyle, I enjoy hiking, meditation, going to the gym, going to the beach (when is warm) dinner with friends, attending concerts, and traveling. I’m home during the day, but I work in the evenings, which means you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the space to yourself.

The room comes unfurnished ( except for a full bed frame)

Lease Term: Month to month but ideally looking for someone who wants to stay long term.

Ideal Roommate:
I’m looking for a mature, responsible, fun, and self-aware roommate who values cleanliness and respect in shared spaces. Given that I work in the evenings, I’d prefer someone with a typical job so that we can both enjoy our personal space and schedules.
