I am looking for subletting my room from my 3bedroom apartment.The apartment is near to the university of Minnesota. The sublet will be having a private bed and bathroom . Shared kitchen and the living room. The unit comes with washer and dryer. The rent is about $ dollars , and $ credit on utilities and then the utilities charges are based on the consumption.$ dollar for outside parking and $ for parking in the basement. The unit is at the quad on Delaware apartments.total ($ credit on utilities + parking charges ) in total it will be about $ dollars.
