Renting out a room in my home

hello, my name is jade I’m a year-old female. I am a machine operator and in my free time I enjoy snowboarding, kayaking, and being outdoors and playing guitar. I bought this property recently, and these photos were taken before I furnished the living room and dining room. It really is a beautiful place minutes away from point Pleasant beaches in a great location next to so many coffee, shops, retail stores, lakes, state parks. I have a three bedroom house with one bathroom. I don’t have a problem sharing the bathroom at all. You are welcome to use all the living spaces in my home except my room. The price I’m asking for is and you could be super close to the beach in a nice peaceful, home drama free the price includes all the utilities. I’m looking for someone who wants to lease months to a year. If you wish to stay longer, we can certainly talk about it. You are welcome to bring a friend over or a boyfriend just know couples living here please and I would prefer if you didn’t have pets. It depends on what it is. Let me know. I want a clean, respectful roommate I’m not a very domineering person or controlling. My rules are very simple and you will be extremely welcome into my home. I have a beautiful backyard that will soon have a pool and a nice kitchen and garage and there is driveway and street parking. I’m pretty sure that pretty much sums everything up if you have any more questions about me or about the room itself please let me know. I’m willing to accommodate anyway I can. If you wish to have a lock on your door we could do that as well! also, you can expect me to just be relaxing often throughout the work week because of work but on the weekends, I like to go out and do things so I won’t always be there but when I am sometimes I might like to have some of my friends come over and have a cookout in the backyard and you’re more than welcome to invite whoever you want as well.
