Looking for a Roommate (Women Only)
We’re renting out a room in our 4-bedroom house near Myrtle Ave. The room is near the back of the home by the kitchen. We’re a respectful household, just looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and okay with kids.

There are two kids in the home, ages , so please keep that in mind.
• Women only
• No smoking inside (outside only)
• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room — please clean up after yourself
• You’ll have your own kitchen cabinet space
• Shared refrigerator
• WiFi, lights, cleaning supplies, and lawn care included

Note about the bathroom setup: The room is located next to the master bedroom, and there’s a bathroom in between. Because the walls are thin, some noise from the bathroom or nearby room may be heard. We’re respectful of quiet hours and do our best to keep things peaceful, but just want to be upfront about the layout so there are no surprises. If you’re someone who appreciates open communication and can roll with a little normal household noise, you’ll fit right in!

Rent: $/month (all included)
Move-in costs: First month’s rent + $ background check fee (required by the landlord)
