This is a one bedroom private room that comes with a shared bathroom with a roommate that is not often home.
House is a bath with a big yard and a pool.
Base rent is + utilities.
It’s in a great spot inbetween the right on Kyrene and Ray.

This room can come with a bedframe and a queen mattress. the lease started in April and will end in April this would be a lease takeover with both of us likely still staying on the lease.

I have three roommates, two of them I have lived with on a previous year long lease and the other one is a newer roommate that was a previous coworker of mine before I found out I was moving. All super respectful and clean and overall great to hangout with. One of them does have a cat that is super sweet and social as well.
