Need month-month tenant!

Hey ! So I’m actually looking for someone to come in and help keep my apartment company. I’m gone most of the time, I may drop in here and there (couple times a month) give or take some. You’d have your own bathroom and shower! Pretty big room. Hardwood floors. It is an older style apartment building done over with 3 other tenants. You would be on the top. It’s quiet and plenty of room to park etc. there are washer/ dryer hookups if you have one yourself. Also one of the rooms isn’t furnished and the other has a new king sized bed & mattress, You could pick either or. Walk in closet in one and the other is average a lot of space for sure. So if you’re looking for a place to pay less than half the rent + basically have the apt to yourself give me a call/text me . I mentioned month- to month however it is up for discussion if you’d like. Also no pets, sorry!
