Need Roomate asap

We have a room that is available in our 4 bedroom house. It’s upstairs with a balcony. It also has its own ac unit. We ask nothing lower than please. There’s a total of 4 other people living here including myself. Spacious room with no closet. However there is a portable closet. I know some people use drawers and fold their clothes. It is semi furnished however if needed we can also discuss furnishing it completely :) there’s a dresser , tv , portable closet. We have a pool and community pool. There’s a little park as well where the community pool is with tennis and basketball court. washer and dryer as well. We have washing days. Rent and utilities are included. Restroom will be shared. The person shared with is always working so hardly home. We do ask for last months rent in advance. So whenever you’re ready to leave you don’t pay that months rent. Rent will be for single and we can discuss a couple if interested. Centrally Located by flamingo and Sandhill. dm if interested 🙂 and I can send more info and answer questions. If you work overnight or at home that’s a plus. No pets preferred but can discuss depending on what animal you have 🙂
