We are interested in College and/or full time working females as this is what is currently in the house. Full shared living areas with tenants nice size gourmet kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances gas range, 2-door frig, dishwasher, as well as second refrigerator. Laundry room with front load washer and dryer. Large spacious living room with high ceilings that includes two ceiling fans, big bay window and gas fireplace walk into dining room with wood floors.

Large fenced backyard, with hot tub/gazebo on an acre of property. (currently being remodeled)

Lots of off street parking with bus stop around corner. Very quiet country street in good neighborhood, aquatic center nearby as well as grocery, coffee shop, UPS and dining across the way, close to SRJC, downtown, actually central area for all directions.

Would prefer no pets.

Utilizes additional and vary per month.
