Unfurnished room for rent with shared bathroom in a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom townhome in great HB neighborhood. It's just a min. bike ride to the beach! Must have credit score of , make income of $/month, have a full-time job, pay rent & bills on time, and gel well with the other 2 female roommates. This is not a party house. We do our socializing outside of the house. This is the perfect space to come home to unwind, relax, & recharge. We are active, always in and out, and looking for someone who is the same.
