Rental includes your own bedroom and full use of the shared spaces of the home. The home was completely renovated less than a year ago and I keep it neat and clean. Looking for a responsible and respectful roommate and I would reciprocate that behavior. Rent is hundred dollars per month plus sharing the cost of utilities: electric, water, internet and trash which averages one hundred twenty- hundred fifty per person (2 of us).
