Room is furnished with one Queen size bed, desk,chair, side tables,lamps, cabinet, shelves, full body mirror, trash bin. Feel free to use my pots and pans in the kitchen. Just clean up once finished. Beautiful and safe location. miles from Santa Monica College (SMC). Can also take Big Blue Bus. 4miles from UCLA. The elementary school/middle school/ high school are all high scores and within 2miles. Blocks away from the famous Santa Monica Pier and beach, 3rd street walking district (Promenade Street) and business center. Walking distance to VONS super market, pharmacy,library, restaurants, YMCA... I'm divorced with 2 kids, Middle School. I work full time. We keep regular schedules. We are caring and friendly.
