Hello everyone! I am looking for two individuals to cohabitate my home with me. I have two private rooms for rent in my home in North St Pete by Pinellas Park. Month month lease and available now. I will work on uploading some better pictures soon.

The home is a bath house with sq ft of living space. I am the only one that lives here currently. The home is fully furnished and utilities are built into the price. The house features driveway parking, laundry, pool, and plenty of storage. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just off highway in Pinellas Park about min from DT St Pete.

A bit about me- I am a younger professional that works in healthcare. Very chill and drama free. Gay male as well if that matters, although I have no preference on gender as long as the vibe is right. I do have two cats. Open to other pets but not preferred. Also no couples unless you're taking two rooms, sorry.

I enjoy time with family, friends, and going to the beach on my off days and entertaining around the house when I can. I go out socially on the weekends and am generally a pretty tidy individual.

Room is each all utilities, lawn care, pool ect included.
