USyd Post-grad student

Hi everyone,
I'm a female University of Sydney post-graduate student (originally from Perth-- woohoo!) looking to move into a new share house in Sydney's Inner West in August/September. I'd prefer an all-female share house, preferably an un-furnished room, with a budget of around $/week (but would be flexible for the right place).

I'm easy-going, down-to-earth, (a bit goofy sometimes too), clean, and have years of experience with share-housing. I cook times a week and very occasionally have a couple friends over for dinner / board games-- but most of the time, I'm either working or studying. In previous share-houses, I've loved cooking (and possibly sharing a sneaky drink) with roommates and enjoy having fat chats after work/school, but I also respect others space and value time by myself too.

Please let me know if you have a room available and if I sound like a good fit for your current share house.
