Hi! We're Dylan and Miranda, a couple currently looking for a quite, respectful working individual or couple who are seeking a peaceful, well maintained home to live in.

Four bedroom home in a secure well kept estate, sunny bank hills and calamvale central shops is a minute drive up the road. Bus stop within walking distance.

Rent includes electricity, internet and water. If you need to use another room for storage there is one available at $ a week. In the home there is air-conditioning, broadband Internet, dishwasher, washing machine, patio and backyard.

We enjoy a quite and private lifestyle but value the occasional friendly conversation with housemates but prefer to mostly keep to ourselves. We value cleanliness and respect within our home. We to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment.

About Dylan:
I am year old male, who loves to game, I have a deep passion and interest for cars and I currently am working at a Nissan service centre. I spend most of my free time with my partner Miranda, relaxing either playing video games or watching TV. I value respect and honesty. I'm a friendly easy going person and enjoy a good chat and am hoping to find a flat mate that I get along well with.

About Miranda:
a year old female, who loves to cook, binge watch my favourite TV shows, game with my partner Dylan, read and do my colouring in on my tablet in my down time. I'm a disability support worker and thoroughly enjoy my work and helping people. I'm a friendly easy going person who values respect and honesty, I'm someone who takes pride in a clean and tidy home. I'm hoping to find a flatemate that I get along with and who is up for a good chat from time to time.
