My name is Chinmaya Jain.  I am an International student soon to commence my studies at  Deakin university ,Burwood campus  from .
I am currently seeking a well-maintained, safe, and quiet rental property with convenient access to public transport and essential amenities.
While I am a full-time student, I will be fully financially supported by my parents, who are financially well-established and committed to covering all living and rental expenses. In addition, a local guarantor has been arranged to further support my application and provide added assurance of ongoing rental reliability. We are happy to supply all supporting documentation, including financial statements, a guarantor letter, and identification as required.
I am a responsible, respectful, and tidy individual who treats the space I live in with great care. I am vegetarian, non smoker non drinker and cultured person.
While my primary focus will be on my studies, I also plan to take up part-time or casual work during university breaks to gain professional experience and build independence.
