One Bedroom $

Description

We are a fun loving family ( single mom and two kids ). I am a Theatre teacher and work a pretty standard day. We love to entertain and make memories with our friends. We are looking for someone reliable and easy going to join the fun. We are not a “party” house but we have a great time. We have one dog named George is who is just a big love bug. In the home there is a living room downstairs and a large upstairs loft for movies, sleepovers etc. We have two rooms you may choose from, one on the main level, or a much larger room on the upper level. Depending on the room you would prefer rent would be either $ a month. We have a garage and large driveway, a huge yard! I love to cook ( we have a great garden). The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished, totally up to you. The rest of the house is fully furnished but you can absolutely add your flair to the space too!
