Seeking Short Term Apt or Room

Hi, my name is Morgan. I am a thirty one year old professional. I am looking for a room or apartment to rent in Washington DC or Northern Virginia. My budget is $eighteen hundred and I would like to move in August. Seeking a short term lease only ( months), preferably furnished with access to parking.

I'm tidy, easygoing, and mindful of shared spaces. I rent my condo in LA so I understand the importance of taking care of a place. I work M-F and may take occasional work trips out of town. I’ll be bringing my small French bulldog with me. He’s old, low-energy, super sweet, and spends most of his time sleeping.

In my free time, I enjoy working out, visiting museums, trying new food spots, and learning languages and instruments.
