Room in newly built Tempe house

Hi my name is Scott and I have 1 master bedroom, 1 medium size room, and 1 small rooms available in a newly remodeled BA Tempe house located near baseline and hardy. I’m the homeowner and will be one of your roommates occasionally when I'm not working in Chicago. All rooms are available starting July 1. The medium room is $/mo and the small room is $/mo. Prices include all utilities and fast internet. The target demographic for the house is professional male/female’s in their ’s. The house is fully furnished and complete bedroom furnishings are available as needed. There are no assigned bathrooms, but based on proximity each full bathroom would be shared between 2 people. There will always be another bathroom available in the house if the one closest to you is occupied. The kitchen is big and beautiful with plenty of storage, please help keep it and all other common areas clean! The entertainment area has a big screen TV set up. Free pool access is available anytime 5 minutes away at my other townhouse at McClintock and Baseline. I have a small truck and would be happy to help you with any moving! Two garage parking spaces are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Additional street parking is available in front of the house. Quiet hours are AM Sunday - Thursday and AM Weekends. Respecting quiet hours is very important given that the target demographic is young professionals who are serious about their careers. Periodic guests are welcome anytime of course but please no permanent guests or live-in partners and usually no guests home by themselves if you aren't. Sorry no dogs or cats but other small pets like reptiles and fish are ok. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and will be refunded per AZ laws if everything is clean and in prior condition.
