I’m looking for a long term tenant, preferably male, who is or above to rent a large furnished bedroom with an alcove. This is a peaceful home, in a nice, safe neighborhood near the lake. Queen size adjustable bed, custom wall unit, DirectTV Plus streaming apps., fully stocked large kitchen, laundry room adjacent to bedroom and a shared clean bathroom. Utilities included. House cleaners come every other week and the room can be vacuumed and dusted if desired. Share a large 3 door refrigerator and shelf in standing freezer. Handicap bars in bathroom and Acorn chair to 2nd. floor.
Looking for a professional, hard working or retired person to join our cohesive, easygoing and respectful household. My home is quiet and we respect each other's privacy. No loud parties, no smoking in the bedroom, no hard drug user's and no dogs. Okay to eat in room, to have a microwave and/or hot plate and small refrigerator. Proof of income and reference required.
