Hi, I’m Chris, a grad student seeking a new home for the next school year (Aug-May) or a 1-year lease. I’d like to live in or near Boulder. I have no pets. I like to live near parks and trails, easy access walking out the front door. I am kind, thoughtful, and respectful. I enjoy lots of daylighting in the house. I live an active lifestyle too.
