Nurse assistant looking for a room

Description

I'm a nurse assistant at a hospital. I work three hour shifts a week(pm, Thurs, Sat and Sun.). Recently divorced and looking for a nice room to rent long term. Preferably a one year lease. I'm friendly, easy to get along with, helpful around the house and very quiet. I mostly just read on my days off or watch movies. My job is stable and a reliable source of income. I would not be late on rent. Looking for a nice room that I can relax in and friendly renters.
