Hi everyone. We have an opening at our home in Sunny Potrero Hill! Located on the edge of Potrero and Mission.
You can be walking down th St in minutes, or on top of Potrero Hill overlooking SF and the entire Bay. Plenty of grocery stores, barber shops, cinemas, parks and way more nearby. If you don't have a car, plenty of easy accessible public transit just right out our door. We are a 6 minute walk from General Hospital for those that are in the Healthcare industry.
We are near the BART or CalTrain (both min by foot) and there is always plenty of parking in front of our home (REALLY!)
About our house:
Four bedrooms with three rooms currently occupied.
You would be on the bottom floor sharing a full bathroom and a separate half bathroom with two other individuals.
A friendly mix of people in their s. We have two 3 year old animals. Bear(Dog) and Scar (Cat). They are both very kind and loving animals. We don't want any more pets.

Relaxed environment. We keep the place clean but are not neat freaks. We do hire a cleaning service every weeks and share the cost.
Large kitchen with plenty of appliances.
We have a laundry and dryer area just outside the kitchen just for us housemates to share.
We use the split wise app to evenly distribute the cost of house supplies...(Paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent)

What we expect from you:

Laidback but communicative-Help out around the house if needed- Share your thoughts and feelings
Gainfully employed - Be able to pay rent and utilities(Around $) every month. Maintaining tidiness of the household inside and out.
