Hi there! My girlfriend and I are looking for someone to take over our current roomates lease ASAP due to them not being able to hold up their end of rent. It’s a apartment located in Winter Springs at Seville On the Green. You will have your own bathroom with a connecting door leading to the living room. Rent is $ on your end, WiFi is included while water and electric are billed separately.

Ideally we are looking for a student or someone in their early s, Someone who is clean and always on time with bills, but also someone who is fun and outgoing. Both genders are welcome. A full sail student would be a huge plus as I am a current film student myself, but if not no worries.
