Looking for a roommate

Looking for a roommate to team up and find a nice apartment. Ideal situation is someone cool and open to being friends, if you think you might be socially awkward to the point where that isn't possible I don't think it'd be a comfortable living situation unless we can both be all good vibes and chill in common spaces daily. Must be a non smoker and have no pets. I don't smoke, drink very little (if at all), and am chill and laid back. You must be on the clean side, I like things tidy and the place to smell fresh and have no odors. Ideally wanting to move into VIDA or a similar newer apartment complex that is professionally run. You would need to be comfortable with the same budget splitting everything without financial issues, I'm sure they check credit and history, etc. Hit me up if you think you'd be a good roommate and want to be a team and pick out a nice apartment and have a good, cool, reliable roomie/friend to share a living situation with. I have one elderly cat who would just be sleeping in my room % of the time, he's just a chill guy. :)
