The room will be available as early as September 1st, or sooner if needed.

Upfront Cost: First Month/ Last Month & Security ($)

Utilities: Gas, electric, and internet are split (~$/month each). Water is covered by the landlord.

A bit about me: I’m M, working as an environmental consultant here in Philly. I’m pretty easygoing, into watching sports, lifting, and riding motorcycles.
