Monthly rent is $/month with first and equal deposit ($ ) due at move in. Utilities are split equally each month as these can vary widely in North Texas. We are fairly relaxed here, but please be respectful of others property and schedules, as this is a working house. Centrally located just north of DFW airport, with tons of outdoor spaces just minutes away.
Currently, doing month to month as I haven't shared my home with a stranger to often, and keeps it simple for everyone.
In case you're wondering, this is not a party house, that was thirty years ago, social is very cool, out of control... not so much.
No pets, drugs, or smoking indoors, please clean up after yourself, as lawn and maid service are not included.
