One of our flatmates is moving out and we're looking for a someone to fill the room!

The house is a cute 3 bedroom home in One Tree Hill with a sunroom, an open plan dining area and a stunning deck in the yard that gets plenty of sun ☀️The home is recently renovated, super private AND has an extra toilet 🙌🏽. It is only a stone throw away from Cornwall Park and Royal Oak. There are plenty of cafes and local shops around as well as easy access to public transport that can take you to the city.
The room itself is spacious and can fit a queen bed, drawers and a desk and comes with an inbuilt closet.

You'll be living with a couple of gals in their mid-twenties, one yo-pro and one student doing her masters. We're both pretty chill and like a good laugh! We're looking for another person in their mid-twenties who is clean, considerate, friendly and doesn't mind a good chat or movie every now and then!

THERES A DOG! LUNA! An absolute social butterfly! She is crazy (but in the most lovable way). Her hobbies include sunbathing and receiving pats. That being said - we aren't allowed any other pets.
