Hi ladies!

My roomies and I are looking to fill the last room in this lovely 5 bedroom home. It is on the first floor of the house and has a shared bathroom between you and 2 other roomies! We’re located near Monaco & 6th in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood. We value keeping our home tidy and have nightshift workers so will need someone respectful of rotating schedules :)

Amenities: Large backyard, washer & dryer, two common living areas, street parking, an amazing and very accommodating landlord (not me). This home is for a 1 year lease (ending July )

Move in: ASAP- preferably July/July end but open to August move-in
Rent: $ + utilities ~$ (water, internet, and electric)
Deposit: $
Application fee: $ (per landlords request)
**no pets due to allergies :(
**non-smoking/
**no over-night males
